School is back in session and senior portraits are underway. Love shooting senior sessions, but I do have to warn you girls who want “nature” pictures – it’s hot outside, there are bugs, and you will be eaten Jordan was a trouper as we waded through chest high grass and stepped over fallen trees. It’s all worth it in the end.

She totally looks like Kirsten Dunst.

Happy or serious? She preferred happy, but I love the serious here. Both are gorgeous though.

Found a fun new location for my latest senior session, turning urban sprawl into something more awesome. Meet Molly, a 2011 senior. She looked gorgeous and modern in her Free People outfits, love the colors. The first couple are a bit different than my usual stuff, but I LOVE them. Perhaps I’ll head that direction more often. I’ll just go ahead and start with my fave:

I think this family is adorable. Love their modern style, bright house, and fun clothes. They played and hung out together on a hot Saturday morning, blew bubbles, read books, and tried to eat rocks (well, the baby tried that). And in the end, they got super cute photographs

And props to dad for wearing a sweet pink & purple shirt to match his girly family. That’s awesome.
